McCafferty Quizizz

During one of Mr. McCafferty's Language Arts lessons, I observed him using "Quizizz" to help reinforce the concepts of finding the author's purpose. Quizizz is a fun multiplayer classroom activity, that allows students to practice together.

NextGen Teachers Ready for the Tech Challenge!

Round Rock Opportunity Center is very fortunate to have two NextGen classrooms. Both of these classrooms will be equipped with a cart of Chromebooks and an interactive board. Our teachers for NextGen are Mr. Ken Carson a Science teacher for Grades 6-8. Also, we have Mr. Rob McCafferty, a Reading teacher for Grades 6-12.
